Applicable law

The laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules, will govern the Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national or international laws.

Dispute resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

For users in the European Union (EU)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from all the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

Compliance with legal requirements by the USA

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to embargo by the U.S. government or a designated embargo by the United States government as a 'terrorist supporting' country and (ii) you are not listed on any list of prohibited or proscribed U.S. government restricted parties.

Severability clause and waiver

Severability clause

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of that provision to the maximum extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as otherwise provided herein, the failure to exercise or demand performance of any obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or demand such performance at any time Thereafter, the waiver of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated from English. If we have provided them to you in our Service in another language, you agree that the original English text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

Changes to these General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change, as determined in our sole discretion.
